We typically process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Our Easy Returns & Exchanges Process

We want you to love every curve-hugging piece from Lush Fit Store. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return
   Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our handy template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
2. Wait for Approval
   We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Package Your Items
   Return items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return
   Send your package to:

   We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Processing
   Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

• Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Timing:
  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
• Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

• We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
• If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
• If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
• Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible countries

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are faulty or not as described:

• Lingerie
• Nightwear
• Swimwear

All other items in our Dresses, Jeans, Tops, and Plus Size collections are eligible for return.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK may be subject to customs fees when returning items. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Lush Fit Store.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

• Include photos of the issue and your order details
• We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement or refund

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements or show signs of wear beyond trying on.
