At Lush Fit Store, we want you to love every curve-hugging piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, nightwear, or swimwear unless the items are faulty or not as described. All other items in our Dresses, Jeans, Tops, and Plus Size collections are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Initiate your return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package your items: Return the items in their original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchange shipping is free for customers in eligible countries

International Returns: Customers outside the UK may be subject to customs fees when returning items. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Lush Fit Store.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the issue and your order details
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement or refund

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements or show signs of wear beyond trying on.
